Gender Pay Gap Report
As a UK company with over 250 employees, we need to report on our gender pay gap. This is an annual report which illustrates the difference in average rates of pay for females compared to males within the business.
The snapshot date used for this purpose is 5th April 2023
We are pleased to see that all the Gender pay gap measures reported against are reflective of our approach to equality within the workplace. Where demonstrated to be undertaking equivalent roles, our pay rates are consistent throughout the business, which we feel is creditable to note.
With a mean gender pay gap of -0.9% (average) and a median gender pay gap of -6.2% we can be seen to fully reflect actual results against business ethos. The policy of development and promotion from within continues to be numerously borne out across our gender profile.
Similarly, respective bonus payments reflect loyalty and commitment, these components providing key cornerstones to the success of our business as a whole.
